Supporting Services

Software that stays easy to change

Most of the cost of software comes after launch: new features, integrations, security updates and the occasional rewrite when the original code can no longer keep up.

We build web products to keep that cost down — clear architecture, typed code, automated tests, documented APIs and deployment pipelines — so your product can keep evolving without a fresh start every few years.

Whether it is a public website, a customer portal or a SaaS product, the same team takes it from discovery to production and supports it afterwards.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

  • Outdated platforms

Websites and applications that are slow, hard to update and expensive to secure.

  • Disconnected systems

Customer, order and operational data re-keyed between tools that should be integrated.

  • Fragile codebases

Applications that nobody wants to touch because every change breaks something else.

  • Products that outgrew their MVP

A first version that proved demand but can't support more customers, roles or features.

Capabilities

What we deliver

We scope each engagement to the problem — not every project needs every capability.

Product & frontend

Fast, accessible experiences

Interfaces that work on every device and are pleasant to use.

  • Custom website development. Marketing sites and content platforms on modern frameworks and headless CMSs.
  • Responsive frontend development. React and Next.js interfaces that work across devices, follow WCAG accessibility guidelines and load quickly.
  • UX/UI design. User research, prototypes and design systems that keep the product consistent as it grows.

Applications & SaaS

Applications built around your workflows

From internal tools to multi-tenant products.

  • Enterprise web applications. Portals, dashboards and internal tools designed around your processes and user roles.
  • SaaS product development. Multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, onboarding and admin tooling.
  • Full-stack application engineering. One team across frontend, backend, data and infrastructure, so features ship end to end.

Backend & integration

Solid APIs and clean integrations

Backends designed for correctness, security and growth.

  • Backend and API development. REST and GraphQL APIs in Node.js, Python or .NET, with clear contracts and documentation.
  • Database design and integration. Relational and NoSQL data models designed for integrity, performance and growth.
  • Third-party system integration. Payments, CRM, ERP, email, analytics and other business systems connected reliably.
  • Authentication and authorization. Single sign-on, OAuth and OpenID Connect, role-based access and secure session handling.

Quality & lifecycle

Built to be maintained

Quality checks on every change, and support after launch.

  • Automated testing and CI/CD. Unit, integration and end-to-end tests on every change, with automated deployments.
  • Performance optimization. Core Web Vitals budgets, caching, query tuning and profiling.
  • Application modernization. Incremental migration of legacy applications to maintainable architectures, without a risky big-bang rewrite.
  • Maintenance and support. Updates, security patches, monitoring and enhancements after launch.

Use cases

Where it makes a difference

Typical scenarios, to show the kind of work involved.

  • Customer portal

A secure place for customers to see orders, documents and support history, connected to your back-office systems.

  • Internal operations app

Replacing spreadsheets and email with an application that enforces the process and reports on it.

  • SaaS product

Taking a validated MVP to a multi-tenant product with billing, roles and an admin console.

  • Legacy modernization

Moving an ageing application to a modern stack one module at a time while it stays in service.

  • High-performance website

A fast, accessible public website on a CMS your marketing team can update without developers.

FAQ

Common questions

Something else? Ask our team

Which technologies do you use?

Most of our web work uses React and Next.js with TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js, Python or .NET on the backend. We will work with your existing stack where that makes more sense than a change.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure review, fix the most pressing risks, and then improve the application incrementally while it stays in service.

Do you build mobile apps?

We build responsive web applications that work well on phones and tablets. Mobile app development is not a separate service line; if your product needs a native app, we'll discuss the options during discovery.

Who owns the code?

Ownership is set out in the contract. Our standard approach is to work in your repositories and accounts so the code is yours from the start.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Support can cover monitoring, security updates, bug fixes and ongoing enhancements, with the scope and response times agreed up front.
