We design and run virtual desktop environments around three things: the user's experience, identity and access, and the lifecycle of images, applications and updates.

We design, implement and operate the environment. Platform licenses and vendor support contracts stay with Microsoft, Citrix or your reseller, and we work alongside them where vendor escalation is needed.

Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 or Citrix — which is right for us?

It depends on your users, applications and existing investments. AVD suits pooled, multi-session desktops; Windows 365 suits users who need a dedicated Cloud PC with simple management; Citrix suits complex environments that need its advanced delivery and policy features. Many organizations use more than one.

Can you migrate us from our current VDI platform?

Yes. We assess the current environment, design the target, run a pilot and migrate users in phases so the business keeps working throughout.

Do you provide the licenses?

No. Licenses are purchased from Microsoft, Citrix or your reseller. We help you work out which licenses your design requires.

How do you improve slow logons?

We measure where logon time goes — profile loading, group policy, scripts, application start-up — and fix the biggest contributors, often through FSLogix configuration, image tuning and policy cleanup.

Do you also manage physical devices?

Yes. Microsoft Intune can manage physical laptops and desktops alongside virtual desktops, using the same compliance and application policies.

Do you support VDI for users in Canada as well as the US?

Yes. We work with organizations across the United States and Canada. Our headquarters is in Troy, Michigan, delivery runs in North American business hours, and our Hyderabad team extends engineering capacity. For Canadian users we place Azure Virtual Desktop host pools and Windows 365 Cloud PCs in Canadian regions to keep latency low and data in Canada.
